The following meetings are open to anyone interested in the field of alcoholism, it's effects and recovery,
Health Professionals, teachers, counsellors, youth workers, family and friends - all welcome.

Alcoholics Anonymous UK are seeking members for new Chat now service!

Now that you are sober - Help others to get and stay sober!

There are vacancies for the Online Response Service (ORS) which has been running for a number of years. The main purpose of the ORS Help Desk is to put the still suffering alcoholic in touch with the AA Telephone Service or an AA Group and provide them with information about AA and the 12 Step Programme along with an AA starter pack.


November is Alcohol Awareness month

West Dorset Intergroup are happy to support Alcohol Awareness month.

Groups will support this by holding an open meeting for family, friends and health professionals to attend during the week of 19-26th November.

New Meeting in Dorchester

A new meeting has started in Dorchester on Wednesday lunchtimes.

12.30pm in the Tolpuddle Room
This is the same venue as the Friday, Saturday and Sunday meetings in Dorchester. See meetings list for details of location.

All welcome.
Public car parking nearby and 5 mins walk from bus stops.
10 mins walk to the railway stations. (West or South)

Weymouth Sunday Lunch meeting has moved!

The meeting has relocated from the Park District in Weymouth to the outskirts of the town centre.

From Sunday September 17th, the group will meet at Milton Hall, Milton Road, Weymouth, DT4 0AZ.

Milton Road is about ten minutes walk from the town centre - head out of town straight across Westham Bridge, down Abbotsbury Road to the traffic lights, turn right and then next left.

Some parking at the hall, with on street parking surrounding.
